The seeds are generally used to make “extracts”. seeds are used for memory disorders; Alzheimer’s disease. in conditions that may be due to reduced blood flow in the brain, especially in older people. These conditions include memory loss, headache, ringing in the ears, vertigo, antidepressants glaucoma, The maca root is used for erectile dysfunction. SSRI as antidepresants

Probably safe but...: There are some concerns gingko with fluoxetine might increase risk of seizures but it's unlikely. There are no known interactions with maca. BUT these are unlikely to help. The best solution is to stop fluoxetine and try different treatments but this should only be done with help of a doctor. Other antidepressants such as bupropion cause less dysfunction. Consider non-pharmacologic Rx-see comment:

Herbs won't help: Unfortunately there is no good treatment of ssri induced sexual dysfunction. Taking a drug holiday for a few days sometimes helps but not with fluoxetine. The herbs will not help with tis problem or with anything else.
