Escitalopram: Isn't known to cause hyperthyroidism, and those high levels of antithyroid antibodies in presence of almost normal t3 (liothyronine) levels denotes ? thyroid gland affection, and needs follow up, ask your doctor who might refer you to an endocrinologist,
