Ask your son: Gently about what is happening at school with peers & situations, if anyone is bothering him, if he is nervous about the schoolwork, etc. Your pediatrician can determine if there is physical causation & a child therapist can evaluate & provide therapy if determined to be psychological. Your son needs patience & understanding for this embarrassing & frustrating condition. See comment for reference.

Ans for bowel : Sorry why on Minocycline not used in peds problem in school could be diarrhea caused by antibiotic at home can go to toilet as necessary same reasons as before in school constipated? Could be staining if not at home doubtful with Minocycline there are a great many effects that she not be used in children under teen age such as teeth and skin staining which can be permanent.

Likely overflow: This is often along term problem. It starts with irregular stooling and then constipation.Short term measures work for a while but are stopped too soon. The kid develops an over-sized colon and becomes less effective at emptying and is unaware he is leaking. This can take years to fix and you need to discuss it with his pediatrician or a developmental peds.Regular docs may not recognize the pattern
