A member asked:

When does one's spine stop growing in height? at 40, i'm noticing that many of my shirts from years ago now are much shorter than they were before.

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Soon after puberty: Linear growth stops within a few years after puberty (typically by age 18). At age 40 if you are noticing that your shirts are shorter, it is because they shrank, not because you are growing taller.
