Check it out: While most causes of blood pressure have no apparent causes try no alcohol for six months, be screened for sleep apnea, and even be evaluated for uncommon but possible endocrine causes. Also look into metabolic syndrome and what can be done for that. Have you tried meditation? Depending on your age there is an answer but sometimes we have to explore what might be up? Talk with your doc?
