Not clear: One of the few problems with breastfeeding is that there is no dial on the breast which tells you how much the child has eaten. You can just say he sucked 25 minutes or so but that doesn't answer the question as to how much he has sucked from you. If at the end he is smiling he has probably gotten enough. There are meds which can stim milk production. Metoclopramide x 5 d freq works.
