Weakness: Analgesics can add to the symptoms, especially narcotics. If ok with your doctor, vitamin b-complex might be worth a try.

Atenolol: Cimmon side effects of atenolol include worsening depression & fatigue. Would recommend switching to one beta blocker with fewer adverse side effects such as Carvedilol (generic) or bystolic (nebivolol) ( branded).
