Rule out aneurysm: If you are not menopausal, you might have a chance at a Guiness World record in pregnancy. Usually it is gas. Sounds like you need to have an abdominal ultrasound. Any previous surgery or chance of an umbilical or abdominal wall hernia? I most worry about a pulsatile mass from an abdominal aortic aneurysm.

Abdominal pain: Get an evaluation, including an ultrasound or CT scan and colonoscopy if you have not had one in 10 years. Chronic liver and pancreas conditions can result in fluid in the abdomen known as ascites. The above tests will rule this out.

Are you sure no gas?: I would definitely have an exam by a physician. Has there been any change in your bowel movements? Constipation or diarrhea? Have you travelled overseas in the past year? Rarely, intestinal worms can be felt inside the intestines, but that is rare. After a physical exam your doctor will best know what tests to run next.

Muscle twitch: Sounds like muscle twitch of the rectus (six pack) muscle. If it is worrisome, see a primary care provider for a more complete evaluation.
