Nephrolithiasis: It sounds like the stone is not obstructing your kidney otherwise you would be in great pain and probably in the ER. Most likely it can be left alone and watched. However if it obstructs the ureter, a tube called a stent will need to be placed and shock wave lithotripsy done to shatter it and allow it to pass. See a urologist asap. If it is obstructing the kidney, irreversible damage can occur
