See your doctor: As you might need antibiotics being without a spleen, as for the cough and the raspy voice can be be bronchitis and laryngitis, better see your doctor or go to ER/Urgent care,

Reflux likely cause: Persistent coughing and laryngitis may or may not be related. If related reflux may be the cause. If heartburn is also present GERD is the likely cause. If heartburn is absent GERD is still possible but Laryngopharyngeal reflux(LPR) is the most likely possibility. Acid suppression with a PPI type medication like Prilosec is the usual treatment. see>http://bit.ly/1FN6OIJ Consult your physician.
