Dermatologist: You may have a bit of scar tissue since you stated it started as a pimple. I would make an appointment with a Dermatologist to determine exactly what this bump is and what can be done for it. Meantime, do facial cleanings each day and use light acne cream to help promote skin turnover. Make appt sooner if it darkens or grows.
