Not true: Of oral cavity tumors, throat Cai least frequent with Ca tonue, floor of mouth more common. The throat is the oropharynx. Back of throat extends below epiglottis as hypopharynx. Oropharyngeal squamous Ca is ulcerating tumor with some pain but no true obstruction to swallowing. Neck nodes appear and some bleeding noted. Liquids and most food pass easily unless lesion large in hypopharynx
