Round ligament: You have benign but complex presentation. The left side has your spleen and round ligament as well as your ovary in that general location. I would assume the nagging pain is related to your ovary and round ligament of the uterus and is not serious. I would also assume you have had an ultrasound which would have been perfored at 20 weeks and provided no new information
