Sort of: Hypochondriasis is a somaoform disorder where someone has amplified physical symptoms or the persistent belief that one has disease despite a physicians reassurance. A person's obsessive compulsive disorder can sometimes include somatic obsessions but would not be not solely focused on these issues of health.

Somewhat alike: Health anxiety is a common precursor to several similar diagnosis including ocd and hypochondriasis. The intensity, range number of symptom areas and what you do with this anxiety determines specific diagnosis. Generally they are similar and can be treated the same way.

OCD: OCD is ritualized behavior, such as constant cleaning, checking locks, stacking change, washing hands, and anything you can think of that can be ritualized. The emotional basis for this is mostly rooted in anger or fear. Hypochondria is a constant fear of getting sick and is characterized by obsessively monitoring bodily functions and obtaining medication for every possible contingency of ailment.
