Similar: Ocd problems include being preoccupied with things they feel they can't control. So health concerns are a frequent thought issue.

Part of OCD.: Ocd is under the general heading of anxiety disorders. Even without stress a person with ocd often have persistents thoughts that are often expressed in repetitive behaviors which seem to alleviate their anxiety. Stress tends to exacerbate these problems. The obsessive thoughts could be in the form of worrying about specific health issues, real or imagined. Luvox (fluvoxamine) helps with ocd.
