Is it common to have body aches after sneezing? i experience a burning and tingling sensation in my chest and back after sneezing, and arm pain.

Prodrome: The sneezing is not causing the body aches - more likely you are entering the early stages of an upper respiratory infection. Forceful sneezing can cause muscles to contract firmly leading to the odd sensations in your back/chest. Drink lots of water, rest and monitor your symptoms. Muscle pulling or mr: this could be muscle pulling. And exercise program at strengthen his muscles would be something that might help you. Another possibility is some type of nerve pinch. However it seems to be into many places. I would see your physician and discuss these options and see if you can place yourself in the therapeutic exercise approach to help modify this discomfort
