Arm burning, tinglin: Things that irritate the nerves to your arms most likely. This could be from neck where the nerves exit or in the spinal cord itself, then as the nerves and vessels exit to the arms, compression from anatomy of thoracic outlet, and nerve compression, often at elbow or wrist could cause this.
