May be normal : since pressure down there can cause pressure in both the feces and urine this may be a normal physiologic reaction. If there's any other problems going on you could discuss it with your physician. Sometimes people can leak urine if there is not strengths in the vaginal wall. There are muscle exercises your physician can tell you about
