?Has he a varicocele: Varicoceles can cause poor sperm motility which can be improved by varicocelectomy. Otherwise you might be candidates for IUI (intrauterine sperm insemination) failing that IVC (in-vitro conception) Hope he has consulted both urologist & fertility specialist.
