I think i accidentally took 400mg of zoloft (sertraline) instead of the 200mg that i am prescribed. hectic day and can't remember. concerned/embarrassed.

Probably OK: If you did take that amount and if you are not feeling badly--nausea, shaky, toxic, you will probably be OK. BUT if you begin feeling ill, sick, or toxic, you could be having a bad reaction and will need immediate medical attention for Serotonin Syndrome. Do not delay in seeking medical evaluation and treatment.
