Hello i have tendon problems in my right ankle.its really swollen with pain what can i take?

Alleve: Is OTC naprosyn. Yu can also take Tylenol (acetaminophen). I've it and get an ankle brace or ace bandage to wrap it until you can see a doctor. This assumes you aren't allergic to the medication.
