A member asked:

With my chf is it possible to only swell in my stomach area?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

No: The first place swelling is seen is in dependent areas (areas affected by gravity) so swelling is first seen in the ankles. It's very unusual to get abdominal swelling (ascites or abdominal wall edema) in CHF and only occurs in the most advanced cases so I would look for another cause.
