Anger is a symptom,: Not a disease itself. Do you get angry much faster or easier than others around you? Does your anger make you feel out of control? Do you get so angry that you hurt (physically or emotionally) yourself or someone else, or do things when you are angry that you wouldn't otherwise do, or afterwards don't think are okay? Many reasons for anger. If you or someone near you is concerned, talk to your dr.

I believe that : Anger is a fundamental emotion. Do you fell angry over things that would be likely not to anger others? Is your intensity of anger appropriate for the situation? How is your anger expressed? It is the behavior that is the big problem. You listed - anger, irritability and mood swings under conditions - it would seem to me that you are already aware that you have anger problems. Take care.

If everyone around y: you tells you they notice you being more edgy, sharp, ballistic about simple ordinary things, or if your road rage is out of control, and you find yourself cussing a lot at yourself in others. It can be a sign of adrenal burn out too. So talk with your doctor about it. Think of ways to decompress and do exercise, yoga, meditation, and think of joyful thoughts & all the things you're grateful for.
