You've got it right!: Without much more info, it's hard to know what else to say. Anger is so dangerous so often. But just knowing that might be a good start. If you have resources, there are things that might help. Mindfulness meditation, other spiritual practices, exercise - if the issue is broader than personal, getting involved w/ activist groups, volunteering for a thing you care about. Therapy. (or a voodoo doll).
