Probably not.: Ususally a technician is the one that does the mri, and it is then referred for evaluation by your physician or a specialist reading the MRI (radiologist). They will be getting back to you with the results as soon as they are available. Try to relax and take care of yourself until you hear.

You: Deserve quick answers, but the standard allows doctors to wait for the radiologist to read, and then send the report. Call your ordering doctor and tell him you are worried. They like to speak to you in person, but make them realize how concerned you are and how much knowing sooner would help.
