Bursitis. see a doc: you have what we call bursitis. you could see your doctor ,for aspiration and treatment they usually keep coming back. you might see a surgeon for possible surgery to have it removed. it is an inflammation caused the fluid to leak outside the joint ,anti inflammatory medication could slow down the process. good luck
