No treatment: I'm unaware of any respectable company producing chamomile eye drops. There are no eyedrops that will help with broken blood vessels on the eye. They are harmless and will spontaneously resolve.

No: A subconjunctival hemorrhage, or bruise of the white part of the eye, doesn't require treatment if it was caused without ocular trauma. These may occur spontaneously as after straining, coughing, sneezing, and usually after rubbing the eye. No treatment really helps it resolve faster, but if your eyes are dry or itchy, tear drops or antihistamine drop may decrease the symptoms. No chamomile drop.
