STD? PID? See doctor: Colored vaginal discharge with mucus ("stringy") suggests inflammation of the cervix, often due to STDs, especially gonorrhea or chlamydia. With abdominal pain and fever, maybe pelvic inflammatory disease (PID), the main complication of those STDs. But maybe already tested? And somewhat unlikely to go on for months. Keep working w/ your doctor; or an NHS GUM clinic for guaranteed expert care.
