Consider MD visit: Any unusual rash that worries you deserves a trained eye by MD to examine. Try not to scratch open as an open wound is more likely to get secondarily infected. Make sure if you shave your legs to use quality gel and razors - not just soap and water - to avoid irritating the hair follicles.
