Hi, i have this lump in my ear lobe, had one before but it went but this is bigger and hurts a lot, any help?

Cyst: There are small oil glands inside the ear lobe. If their drainage point is blocked the fluid will keep filling the sac and cause a lump. Sometimes over time and with massage the cyst will drain. If it's not red massage the area gently several times a day to see if that changes thing. As with any weird lump/bump a real exam by MD is usually the best way to get the right diagnosis.
