Diabetes: Yes, of course, he needs a doctor! Any w/diabetes needs at least a GP (since you're in UK, or Family Doc if on this side of pond), perhaps an Endocrinologist if control is tricky. Insulin may be either too little or too much. Should be checking fingerstick glucose regularly. Over here, we refer for diabetes education, too. Not sure what you mean by "no energy especially shoulder". Go see your doc!
