Define "weak".: Not sure what u mean by "weak". However, generally heart problems r characterized by symptoms such as tiredness / fatigue (doing usual activities), shortness of breath, trouble breathing when laying flat, swelling in ankles / legs, chest pain / pressure / discomfort, palpitations (feeling heart beat in ur chest), irregular heart rhythm (if u know how to take a pulse), feeling faint/vision greyout.
