I have colds and flu right now headache, eye pain, maxillary sinusitis and 1 doctor here told me that i may have life threatening symptom of sinusitis ?

sinusitis: See an otolaryngologist with whom you are comfortable. Any doc guessing that a patient may have 'life threatening' disease of any kind is counterproductive, unless based on specific findings, as would be on clinical exam or ct scan, for example. The eye signs are somewhat worrisome, but again, a good exam by a head/neck expert would be in order.
