Biopsy: I think you ment fine needle aspiration cytology (FNAC). This is procedure that is done to check if an enlarged lymph node is cancer or not. Not all paratracheal lymph nodes or masses are cancers but we always need to do biopsy first to make sure what is the diagnosis.
