ER or urgent care: Infected bite may lead to cellulitis which may require antibiotics. Have the child examined by a Doctor.

My daughter has a bite on her foot. It's red and swollen with a brown dot in the middle. Put neosporin on it and don't see any pus coming out. Seems to be filled with fluid and is pretty large. Does she need to see a doctor? What can we do?
Insect bite. Red raised bump and then often itchy rash extended out about 1.5 inches to left (no bullseye). If it was Lymes would it have kept expanding? Would it also have faded away after two days of Neosporin if it were Lymes? No other symptoms?
