Bacterial vaginosis: ...doesn't usually delay periods. However, it could interfere with contraception (assuming ttc = trying to conceive) so should be treated. As you may know, although BV isn't itself usually considered an STD, it's more common in people with STDs (gonorrhea, chlamydia, trichomonas, herpes) -- so consider testing if not checked recently and/or at risk.
