No: Cardiomagnyl is aspirin plus magnesium and these should not effect your periods while you are on them or after you stop them. If your period is late and the test is negative, repeat the pregnancy test if your period still hasn't started in 3-5 days.There is nothing unusual about some variation in cycle length and stress can cause a delay in your period.
