Irritation?: Itchy armpits are usually due to an irritation. Try using deodorant stick that does not say anti-perspirant. This helps if you have a blocked sweat duct. Compresses of water/white vinegar may help remove small yeast infection. Make sure if you shave to use a good quality gel and quality razor - not just soap and water - to avoid ingrown hairs. A light powdering of corn starch can help with wetness
