Normal..: Breastfeeding is to a degree “ micro trauma “ for the nipples and skin gets dry and irritated . After nursing use moisturizer cream or coconut oil - good hydration . Use comfortable soft cups bra . Watch for any redness or signs of infection . It would be reason to see doctor . Don’t give up nursing - best for baby and you as well .
