Hormone or reaction: it could be a simple allergic reaction to the bro, T shirt or whatever touching your breast use Hydrocortisone cream from over the counter and take Benadryl (diphenhydramine) to see if it will go away both safe for breast feeding it could be the hormonal changes women go through after pregnancy or while breast feeding other wise you need to see a doctor to make the proper diagnosis and give you the proper treatment
