Why Tested: These are just mildly off of normal. The big question is why were the done. If you are truly asymptomatic they can be ignored, or if you are concerned re-checked and statistically they should approach normal, especially if total WBC normal. These can also change because of stress or medications. Most labs do not take into account race. In order for there to be any meaning context is needed.

Meaningless, ignore: If generally healthy, i.e. no known health problems, you can ignore this result. Probably it is meaningless. There is a reason that healthy people without symptoms shouldn't have blood counts. They aren't very precise and healthy people have day to day variation in results. And yours aren't very abnormal anyway. Siscuss w/ the doc who ordred the test, but probably no reason to worry.
