I have low neutrophils 34% and high lymphocytes increasing from 59.5 to 64% in 2 months and low serum ferritin 4.2 are these early symptoms of cancer?

Other possibilities: A normal cell blood count should have the following ranges:Neutrophils (55-70%) and Lymphocytes (20-40%). Elevated lymphocytes levels can occur in some cancers but also occur with autoimmune disorders and viral infections. Its best to see your doctor for further evaluation. Symptoms of weight loss, fever, night sweats or enlarged lymph nodes should be addressed promptly.
