The other option used widely now is a nasal steroid spray. In some patients this is like magic. It works so well to diminish the inflammation in the sinus cavities.

Allergies: The most natural way to treat allergies long term is by desensitization with allergen immunotherapy that does not involve any medication and produces long term control of allergies. Consult a board certified allergist about it. Also, levocetirizine is safe to be taken long term.
