Yes: Levocertrizine is an anithistamine (blocks histamine reaction) and ambroxol is a mucolytic (breaks down mucous). This should be a good preparation to battle cough and runny nose . :)

Depends: If your cough is caused by post-nasal drips due to allergy, then levocetirizine may help. The effectiveness of Ambroxol, presumably a mucus thinner, is mild and highly variable on cough. I think it's time for you to talk to your doctor
