29M, active - used muscle flossing bands (elastic bands) around my quad and hamstring that were tight for 45 seconds or so. No swelling or red 24h later, but sore. Are DVT possible with compression short period or is it less likely trauma causes?
During lockdown I have been unable To take advantage of exercise hours, and sit for prolonged periods to work. I have an upper right thigh pain. Is a dvt something to worry about ( I am overweight and have previously had tingling burning on the leg)?
