See your dentist: extraction of wisdom teeth could be traumatic and some time required cutting and suturing. so the edema and swelling is expected. but the numbness to last three days is unusual. so my advise in addition to gargling with salt and water, and apply ice as much as you can, talk to your dentist and check if this is expected or not.
