See below: Half of the MIs occur in people with normal lipids. Your LDL is higher than desired, it would be good to have it below 130 if not lower. If you are even slightly overweight, lose weight, start exercising for at least 150 minute/week and gradually increase the intensity, reduce intake of saturated fats, no tobacco, no more than one drink of alcohol in a day. If that does not work may need meds.
