Allergic sinusitis: The child might have started with allergic sinusitis then the post nasal drainage caused bronchitis. For sinusitis he can use a nasal spray or Claritin Syrup and for bronchitis use Zitromas oral suspension 250 mg first day and 125 mg for 4 days
