I have a sharp pain in the arch of my right feet which feels like a needle pinch & throbs.happens when i run with shoes that don't correct for flat feet or do toe curls. do i continue to do toe curls?

Avoid: Avoid any activity that aggravates the problem. Do toe curls only as tolerated. Perhaps do fewer of them and not to a complete curl. Advance in frequency and intensity as tolerated.

Fascitis : You may have plantar fasciitis. Shoe inserts can help with alleviating this problem. I think you should avoid toe curls until the pain gets better and then slowly start building back up to your goal. If the problem persists, see a podiatrist or orthopedic doctor.
