Not accurate: The method claims about a 70% success but it is not a reliable method. An experimental technique, microsort, is no longer available. The only reliable method of gender selection is ivf/pgs to genetically identify the embryos of the desired gender. Virtually 100% accurate if you get pregnant. Many practices will not offer the technique. Iui works best when performed before/during ovulation . Best.
